UKAMS was established by Paul Payne and Wayne Lewis in January 1990. Paul was previously at Express Newspapers and Wayne had worked at a number of specialist press buying agencies.
Whilst both Paul and Wayne have managed campaigns across all media including TV, radio and digital, press has always been at the heart of what they and their business are about – generating direct sales, leads and strong ROI.

In 2015 they completed the purchase of Lavery Rowe Advertising and together the 2 agencies form the UK’s largest independent full service press agency with billings in excess of £25 million.
